27 Students in Grade 9 at Minnechaug Regional High School

No applications will be accepted after May 1, 2024 to be included in the lottery drawing.

    Thank you for expressing an interest in volunteering in the Hampden-Wilbraham Regional School District. Volunteers strengthen the partnership between our schools and communities, while helping us better serve our students


    Below are two forms relative to these requirements. All school volunteers must sign the “Confidentiality Agreement for Volunteers.”

    Severe Weather Alerts

    School Cancellations, Delays, and Early Dismissals: I certainly hope we do not experience a winter like we did last year, but we must always be prepared for the challenges of our New England weather. For school cancellation, delay and early dismissal announcements, we will be using the Connect-Ed Notification system. Therefore, on days when school is cancelled or delayed, expect a call between 5:30 and 6:00 a.m. A notice will be posted on our website homepage and you can listen to the following media outlets:
